There’s a plethora of home fitness workouts and products out there that claim they will help you trim up, shed unwanted pounds and look leaner, but are any of them worth it? Chances are you probably have been burned before after buying into a claim, and spending your hard earned money only to find out that it doesn’t live up to the promise.

It’s frustrating isn’t it? I know how it feels to try different workout programs and get little to no results from it. It isn’t motivating, it makes you feel like, “what’s the point?”. With all the so called fitness experts and nutrition gurus screaming at you that their way of exercising or eating will make you “melt” all those pounds of unwanted fat like a stick of butter in a microwave, it can be confusing and difficult to find a fitness program that works for you, especially when you are looking at a workout to do at home.

First off, can anything of value, fitness wise, be accomplished at the comfort of your own home? Gyms are literally stocked with machines, treadmills, and exercise bikes that can be worth thousands of dollars. This equipment isn’t the kind of exercise equipment you would find in a normal person’s home either. Unless the gym near you is dumpy, we are talking about expensive, heavy duty stuff. To gain access to this equipment you most often will have to pay a monthly fee.
